The Roath-Hof is quietly situated (20 minutes walk from the village centre of Schenna, 5 minutes walk from the bus stop) on the sunny side of the Merano countryside amidst apple meadows and vineyards. The Waalweg, which is in the immediate vicinity, is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes. A specially constructed basin in the Waal offers you the possibility of a Kneipp tour (200 m away).

The flat offers a private south-facing balcony with panoramic view, a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen-living room with sofa bed (sleeping possibility for 2 children, for a fee of 15 EUR per child per night), a bathroom, bed linen and towels, SAT-TV, radio, safe, free WLAN, parking place.

A shared outdoor area consisting of a heated panoramic pool with sunbathing lawn, an infrared garden sauna, a barbecue and a garden is also at your disposal. The pool is open until the end of September.



Breakfast is not included. Bread rolls are available upon request for an additional fee, and products from the on-site shop can also be purchased for an extra charge.
