Semi-detached house for 8 persons situated in a quiet area close to the centre of the village on foot (700 metres).

Entrance floor: fitted kitchen, living/dining room with access to a large furnished terrace, shower room.

Upper floor:

2 bedrooms with double bed (queen-size).

2 bedrooms with 2 single beds.

Bathroom with shower.

You can park in the main entrance with 1 or 2 cars depending on the size.

Basic and functional house ideal for holidays.

Heating available (November - April)

Walking distance to the historic centre of Begur, which allows you to enjoy the different leisure options without having to take the car, in an area with a neighbourhood that lives all year round.

Located at a minimum distance of 2 to 5 km from the main beaches.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The sofa is not an extra bed and is not allowed for more people than the flat is intended for. (8)

No parties or events are allowed. Respect is requested for the good coexistence with the rest of the neighbours (music volume, noise at night, etc...).

Pets are not allowed.

There is no air conditioning.

The owner gives space to the guests but is at your disposal whenever needed for any questions or needs that may arise during your stay.

The property does not accept bookings for those under 25 years old.

Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
