The flat is a short walk (150 metres) from the ski lift. Here, in the heart of the winter sports region, you will find a quiet and attractive ski area, perfect for family holidays.

But there is more! When the snow melts, Niederau reveals its summer charms. This is the place for lovers of hiking (300 km of trails), mountain biking, e-biking and swimming. You can also do some great paragliding! The Markbachjoch mountains, a winter playground for skiers and a summer paradise for hikers, offer spectacular views that will make your heart beat faster. And if you want something different, you can reach the village's cosy shops and restaurants within 5 minutes
