The 45 m² holiday apartment on the ground floor offers space for up to four people and is located only about 300 metres from the nearest sandy beach. The location is ideal for guests looking for a relaxed beach holiday with short distances to the sea, restaurants and shopping opportunities. A north-facing terrace with table and chairs is directly accessible from the bedroom and offers a pleasant place in the shade.



The combined living, sleeping, and kitchen area is functionally furnished and includes a double bed, a two-seater sofa, dining table, TV, air conditioning, and sufficient storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, and all necessary cooking and eating utensils. A separate bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and mirror provides additional comfort. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, washbasin, mirror, window, and a private washing machine.



Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electricity, water, heating, bedding and towels are included in the stay. A parking space is available directly at the house. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
