This cosy apartment on the second floor offers space for up to four people on 50 m² and is ideal for families or couples. It has two bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with two single beds – as well as a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and mirror. The living/dining room is equipped with air conditioning, TV, coffee table, armchair, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen including cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, extractor hood, filter coffee machine, kettle, cookware, cutlery and crockery.



The south-facing terrace offers sea view, table, chairs and two sun loungers. A parking space is available on site. Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited. The communally usable washing machine provides additional comfort.



The holiday apartment is located just 100 m from the gravel beach, supermarkets, restaurants and the town centre can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The airport is located approximately 7 km away. A boat mooring for boats up to 5 m in length is 100 m away and can be used upon request.



Leisure activities in the area include water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, as well as boat rental, jet skiing, pedal boating and other water-based activities.
