This holiday apartment on the first floor offers space for up to four people and is ideally suited for families, couples, or a relaxing beach holiday. Two bedrooms are available on 50 m² – one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and mirror.



The living and kitchen area is practically furnished and features a dining table, armchairs, gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, and complete cooking and dining utensils. A washing machine is also available in the apartment. The air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on warm days, and WiFi and satellite TV are available. A separate access provides additional privacy.



A car park directly at the property is available. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted.



The gravel beach is only 100 m away. A supermarket is located directly opposite, while restaurants and the centre are within short walking distance. The airport is approximately 7 km away. For guests with a boat, a boat mooring for boats up to 5 m in length is available upon request at a distance of around 100 m.



In the surrounding area, you can expect numerous leisure activities, including boat tours, sailing, windsurfing, swimming, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, and various water sports and bathing options.
