The 3-storey property consists 120m² and is divided into a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

Additional amenities include a washing machine as well as a TV.

The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a open terrace and 2 balconies.

The beaches "Platja de La Gola" and "Platja del Port" are 2 minutes away on foot (140m). There is an array of bars, restaurants, and cafés nearby which can be reached in under a minute on foot (max. 45m). The next supermarket can is 5-8 minutes away on foot (310m).

The Llançà Port Girona can be reached in under a minute on foot (50m).

The Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport can be reached in 2 hours by car or in 3 and a half hours by public transport (174km).
