Sa Penya Redona is a luxurious property. The main entrance is at the rear of the house and leads through the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent is the beautiful dining room, with patio doors opening onto the front upper terrace. The large living room is tastefully furnished with elegant furniture. Large patio doors also open onto the beautiful upper terrace with fantastic panoramic views, and the partial roof provides both sunny and shady spots. A few steps lead down half a level to the master bedroom, furnished with a double bed, dressing room, full en-suite bathroom, and access to the upper sun terrace. From here, there are further impressive panoramic views, as well as over the grounds with the lovely, sunken pool area. Also on this level are two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, sharing a fully equipped bathroom. On the ground floor, from the covered terrace at the front of the house, there is access to a separate double bedroom. This very beautiful, spacious room features a double bed, dressing room, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower (wheelchair accessible).

Surrounded by dry stone walls and a lovely terrace is the long, mosaic-tiled swimming pool with an outdoor shower. Small iron gates have been installed to allow this area to be closed off for child safety. Above the pool area is a terrace shaded by grapevines with a huge stone table—the perfect spot for long evenings of barbecuing in the balmy summer air with fantastic panoramic views. The barbecue is located right next to the pool. There's a small playground with a swing and slide for children.
