Parking is available both at the property and on the street. Events are not permitted on the property. Public transportation is easily accessible with a bus stop just 100 meters away.



The house sits on the outskirts of town among banana plantations, with a couple of houses nearby and a residential area just meters away. You will be close to mountains and hiking trails. The road leads to Teno Rural Park where the Punta de Teno lighthouse is located, with a beach below and a restaurant currently under construction. A trail to Teno Alto is also available. Local experiences include a golf course, beaches, trails, a heated municipal pool, gym, sauna, restaurant, and cafe. Bicycle rentals are available through an active tourism company at the golf course hotel. Please use a maximum of 2 burners at medium heat on the ceramic hob due to limited electrical capacity. If electrical switches trip, contact us immediately to restore power. We provide a full gas cylinder per stay, but if needed, connect the gas regulator to the spare full cylinder we always provide.
