Finca Girona is located approx. 3 km from Pollensa, in the so-called La Font area. The centre of Pollensa's old town is within easy reach and the harbour can be reached in a few minutes by car. Shopping facilities and restaurants are also within easy reach. The beautiful old town of Pollensa has an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow alleyways, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa is around 6 kilometres away and has a long promenade with wonderful views of the bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach offers a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

With its challenging mountain routes, the area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses in the area at their disposal. There is a wide range of water sports on offer in the Bay of Pollensa, which is one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.

Finca Girona is a traditional property surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden. It is located in the area of La Font, between the historic town of Pollensa and the extensive bay of Puerto Pollensa. The house is completely at ground level. It is a traditional style holiday home with tiled floors, white walls and dark Mallorcan wooden furniture.

The living and dining room is furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and DVD player. French doors lead out onto the covered terrace with views of the pool and garden. The well-equipped kitchen is spacious and well-equipped.

The house has three bedrooms: one bright bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each, all with air conditioning on a timer. The bedrooms share two bathrooms, both with bath and shower. Air conditioning operating times: from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 04:00, these times cannot be extended and/or changed.

Finca Girona is situated on a beautifully landscaped and lushly planted plot with a pool and lovely shady and sunny spots. There is a beautiful lawn with trees and Mediterranean plants around the large pool. There is plenty of space for the children to play. There is also a covered kitchen area with barbecue and sink.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
Pets are not allowed.
Towels for sunbeds and the beach are provided.

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days are possible.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.
