The exclusive, ground-floor apartment "Flaute" offers approximately 75 square meters of North Sea living space in the Bad district. In addition to two bedrooms, the apartment features a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with an adjoining dining area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a spacious living area. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm), and the other has two single beds (each 90x200cm). The shared sauna with relaxation room on the second floor invites you to enjoy a North Sea holiday even in the colder months. A shared washing machine and dryer are also available on the second floor. The highlight of the apartment is the spacious, furnished terrace with an adjoining garden area. The southwest-facing terrace, furnished with natural wood furniture, is perfect for relaxing evenings. You can park your car directly at the house. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle rack in front of the house. Four-legged family members are welcome to join you in this apartment for an additional fee.
