The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

Kitchen in the kitchen-diner with TV, dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with WC.
