The holiday home Los Pinos Mar y Montaña is located in Almuñecar in Spain's Andalusia region and overlooks the mountain. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The home also features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area, heating, a washing machine, and satellite TV. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available upon request and there are children's books and toys as well.

Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden, garden furniture and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.

Free parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. The pool is open from 1 June until 30 September. The home charges a fee of € 25.00 for additional guests (applies after 6 guests) per person per night, a € 70.00 cleaning fee per stay, and a € 250.00 security deposit per stay. Parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. Groups of young people are not allowed.

Towels and bedlinen are included in the price.
