Located in Mojácar in Spain's southern Andalusia region, "Villa Casa Pinosierra" impresses guests with its fantastic view of the sea. The 190 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The villa also features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning and heating in all rooms (including the living room), a washing machine, as well as a DVD player and satellite TV. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available but please ask the homeowner.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.

The pool is open year-round. The villa has no security cameras. Guests can celebrate birthdays, have lunch, dinners and barbecues but only the registered guests.

The villa has wide doors.
