The country house Finca Fani 1 is located in Agüimes, overlooking the mountain and the sea. The 80 m² country house consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace, heating, air conditioning in the double bedroom and the living room, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The country house boasts a private outdoor area with a balcony and a partially covered, 40 m² furnished terrace, that invites enjoy the view of the Roque Aguayro and the sea. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.
