In the heart of the episcopal city of Bressanone (Brixen), in a central spot close to the enchanting old town, you will find the apartment house "Nice Living". The 58 m² apartment "Nice 4" consists of an open living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, one well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom. The modern apartment overlooks the alleys of the city and can accommodate up to 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi (suitable for mobile working and video conferences) and satellite TV. If requested in advance, a baby crib and a children's high chair can be provided free of charge. On sunny days, the private, furnished balcony invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors and spend some relaxing hours. Due to the ideal location, bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants and public transport are in the immediate vicinity. In just a few steps you are in the middle of the beautiful old town with boutiques and stores. The BrixenCard is exclusively available to all guests of the "Nice Living" apartment house at no extra cost. It is valid for unlimited use of all South Tyrolean public transport, free visits to most museums and an entrance to the Bressanone wellness spa Acquarena (950 m away). Right on the doorstep, there's also a connection to Plose, a mountain 8.5 km away that offers popular hiking trails and ski slopes.



For bikers there is a storage space available.

Pets are allowed for an extra charge.

Parties and events are not allowed.
