This unique property is located in the quiet area of Los Mojones in Lanzarotes main resort of Puerto Del Carmen. It consists of two main accommodation areas. In the main villa on the first floor there are 3 air conditioned bedrooms, a large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, family lounge and dining area and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom benefits from its own en-suite. There is also another double and a twin room along with a family bathroom.



On the ground floor is the 4th bedroom where the guest will find another spacious bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. There is also a basic kitchen with a fridge, kettle and toaster. There are no oven or hob facilities.



The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area. Straight out from the living room you exit onto a spacious covered terrace with a comfortable lounge seating and dining area with magnificent sea views. On the main terrace you will find the all year round heated swimming pool, 6 seater Jacuzzi and BBQ.



In addition both children or adults can take advantage of the recreation area at the rear of the villa consisting of a table tennis table, basketball hoop, badminton net and football goals. We can provide a safety net for the pool area for young children and a cot and high chair are also available.



Parties and groups of young people under 30 are not allowed

Single sex parties and stag and hen parties are not allowed

Pets are not allowed

Free parking is available right outside the property
