Poggio Savino is a beautiful villa with a panoramic view over the Valdichiana hills and Monte San Savino, set just a few steps from the centre of the village. Monte San Savino is one of the most important centres in the valley, with origins perhaps as far back as the Roman era, but certainly in the Middle Ages it became an important castle whose large and imposing walls still protect countless prestigious buildings of Medieval and Renaissance architecture.
You will enjoy your evenings strolling along the cobbled streets or dining in one of the typical restaurants that enliven the historic centre. Don't forget to taste the renowned Chianina meat, the “tagliata” or the Fiorentina steak, you won't regret it!

From Villa Poggio Savino you can also easily reach Monte San Savino on foot. Here you will find, in addition to restaurants, bars, grocery shops and all sorts of necessary services, so you can also decide not to take the car for your movements.
If, on the other hand, every now and then you want to leave the quiet of your swimming pool and cool garden to visit the surrounding areas and Tuscany in general, it will be very easy to get from here to Florence, Siena, Arezzo and even Umbria in a short time.

All around the house there is a green, well-kept park of pine trees and cypresses, at the edge of which there is a tennis court, which enthusiasts can freely use for exciting challenges with friends avoiding to lose their practice even on holiday.
On one of the terraces there is also a swimming pool, completely fenced in and measuring 5 x 10 m with a depth of 0.80 - 2.00 m ( open from 01st May to 30th September). Also available 2 bicycles and some children's games.

The villa has a beautiful stone porch furnished with table and chairs, ideal for your dinners, barbecues and evenings in the open air.
INTERIOR

FIRST FLOOR: with entrance by an internal staircase, hall, kitchen, large sitting-room with panoramic terrace, tree double bedrooms, twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower. From the living - room and one bedroom on get access to a panoramic terrace with view on the village of Monte San Savino.
On the ground floor at the back of the house there is a laundry room and a fireplace ideal for barbecues.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 180.
Heating Euro 5 per hour (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 6 each per day (small size only).
Swimming towels available on request Euro 5 each.
Wood for fireplace Euro 30 each 100 kg.
Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day applied for the first 5 days only. Children up to 14 years do not pay.

Arrival: in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. -

Departure: in the morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m
