The holiday apartment is located just 10 metres from the gravel beach and offers a perfect location for a beach holiday, family holiday or a relaxing stay by the sea. The first-floor accommodation is suitable for up to 3 people and features a bedroom with a double bed and additional auxiliary bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a separate living area. From the balcony, you can enjoy a sea view, which is equipped with a table and chairs.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, sink, extractor hood, crockery, cooking utensils and dining table. Bed linen and towels are provided, the accommodation has air conditioning and heating.



Parking spaces are available directly at the property. Pets are not permitted, smoking is not allowed. Access to the apartment is separate, thereby ensuring privacy.



The environment offers numerous leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, sailing, windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, water skiing, jet skiing, kayaking or banana boat rides. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and public transport are accessible within a few minutes.



Included in the price are air conditioning, heating, final cleaning, registration and deregistration fee, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, internet (WiFi), kitchen towels and interim cleaning.
