House NoE is perfect for those looking for modern design in a quiet retreat. The house is located in the beautiful town of Bale, which awaits you with a medieval old town and narrow, flowery streets.
The lavishly renovated stone house has been furnished with great taste and very high quality by the owners Ines and Giulio. On the first floor you will find the spacious, light-flooded living room with open kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with shower/WC. The two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are located on the second floor of the house.
Experience relaxing evenings in the sheltered courtyard with outdoor kitchen or soak up the sun in the sunny garden. Here you can also enjoy a dip in the hot tub.
The nearest beaches are located 6 km from the house. These can be reached quickly by car or shuttle train. You have free access to the Mon Perin campsite with its excellent infrastructure. On the beach there is also the Palao Park with pool area (chargeable).
The old town of Bale with numerous restaurants and shopping facilities is only a few minutes away from the house. Rovinj, the pearl of the Adriatic, is only 12 km away from Bale.
