Quiet and surrounded by greenery, only 1.3 km from the beach and 3.5 km from the old town of Rovinj, the beautiful Casa ValeLuna is located on the eastern outskirts of Rovinj. The 120 m² air-conditioned house offers a comfortable living/dining area with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x double bed and single bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and two bathrooms with shower/WC.
Your children can play and run around undisturbed in the 3000 m² fenced garden. A shaded barbecue area with a large outdoor kitchen rounds off the outdoor facilities. You can relax on the large sunbathing lawn or in the whirlpool. A sauna is also available for cooler days.
The old town of Rovinj and the beautiful beaches between Koronsun Bay and the Golden Cape (Zlatni Rt) can be reached within a few minutes by bike or car. Shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants are also only a few minutes away from the house.
Please note that the access road to the house is unpaved for approx. 300m, but it is easy to drive on.
