Surrounded by olive groves on an area of 50,000 m², this beautiful dreamy villa is located between Rovinj and Bale and only 3 km from the sea. In the midst of unspoilt nature, you will feel like you are in paradise! Through the 44 m² vine-covered terrace you enter the spacious living-dining room with open kitchen. The centerpiece is a large open fireplace, which is followed by a perfectly equipped country kitchen made of solid wood.
The three bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and two of them with an en-suite bathroom (shower/WC or bathtub/WC). Another bathroom with bathtub/WC is located right next to the third bedroom.
The 4 x 11 m pool invites you to relax and swim. A large, brick outdoor grill, playground equipment for the children and 4 bicycles complete the outdoor facilities.
Villa Valade is located about 1 km off the road and is easily accessible via a gravelled path. The coast can be reached in a few minutes by bike. Relax on the secluded beaches of San Polo and Colone, snorkel in the crystal clear waters and chase the fish. The small town of Bale with its historic old town, restaurants, bars and stores can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as the port town of Rovinj.
