This Tyrolean guest house is centrally located, in a sunny and quiet location not far from the city centre. It extends over 3 floors and the furnishings with lots of wood create a homely, warm feeling. Get together in the spacious dining room or in the recreation room with TV, for a cosy evening. On the balcony or terrace, unwind with a good book and a glass of wine. Enjoy!

All shops and restaurants are within walking distance, so you can leave your car at home. In summer, discover the your fairytale region via the cycling and hiking routes that wind along green valleys and mountain peaks, while winter guarantees winter sports spectacle in the Zillertal Arena. The ski bus that stops right at the house takes you directly to the ski area

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
