The villa in Medulin is located only about 250 m from the sea and offers space for up to 11 people. It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two kitchen and living areas. Air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, washing machine, and dishwasher are available. Pets are welcome (max. 2 animals), and parking for four vehicles is available on the property.



The villa offers several furnished terraces with sea views, sun loungers, lounge furniture, parasol and awning. A private barbecue area is also available. Bed linen and towels are included.



The environment is suitable for beach and family holidays, water sports, boat trips, sailing, swimming, diving, snorkelling as well as visits to attractions and nightlife. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, the airport is approximately 10 km away.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, electricity, water, gas, WiFi, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, tourist tax, as well as registration and deregistration fees. Additional costs are only incurred for pets.
