The residence is also popular because of the view from the property of the forests. Available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Omišalj, district Omišalj. The holiday apartement is located on a 150 sqm enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
