Boasting a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains, the villa Casa Anita is located in Benitachell. The 2-storey villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room and all the bedrooms, satellite television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby cot is available for an extra fee per item per stay and a high chair is available for an extra fee per item per stay (after the first item)

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, and a barbecue.

The villa is just a 4 to 5 minute (2.1 to 3.4 km) drive from the nearest restaurant, cafe, bar, and supermarket. Scenic Cala del Moraig beach is a 6 minute (2.7 km) drive from the villa. Valencia Airport is a 1 hour and 28 minute drive from the villa.

Free parking is available on the street and on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra fee per pet per stay.
