The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 15 m).

Kitchen with dining area (5 seats), electric stove (induction stove, ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
