The detached villa is furnished in a modern style typical of the region. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet, sunny location. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m).

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to late October, 8 m x 12 m, 1.5 m deep).

Crikvenica: tennis 4 km and dog beach, diving, water sports facilities, boat hire, boat mooring each 5 km. Fishing in Grižane 500 m.

Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds on double sofa bed, sitting area, TV and access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed and (1 table, 7 chairs). Kitchen in the living room with TV, dining area (8 seats), gas stove, electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
