The beautiful south-facing terrace invites you to linger in the fresh mountain air - since the house is located directly at the spa park, relaxation and tranquility are guaranteed. The nearest supermarket is 280 m away from the accommodation and the nearest bakery can be found in just 130 m. You can reach the Bayrischzell suspension lift, the starting point for a visit to the Sudelfeld ski paradise, after just 800 m (10-minute walk or 4-minute drive). In addition, the starting and ending points of the Wendelstein Männlein hiking trail, one of countless routes in the area, are located in the immediate vicinity of Haus Annamirl (30 m).
