The 85 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, television, air conditioning and a washing machine. A cot and high chair are also available for the little ones.



This holiday accommodation features a private outdoor area including a terrace, balcony and barbecue. You have access to shared facilities such as a pool, garden and children's pool, making it an ideal option for those who enjoy the outdoors and seek relaxation.



Parking is available on the property. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The accommodation features energy and water-saving measures. Please note that during your stay, there may be government regulations regarding water use, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation or limit tap water usage.



Access to the property must be by car, as the last 300 metres are an unpaved agricultural road without night lighting. The owners live on the same property in a separate house.
