The holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area, about 200 m from the gravel beach, and is ideal for families or couples. It offers a bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms, a living and dining area with two sofa beds, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, and a washing machine are available. Pets are welcome (max. 1 animal). A parking space is available directly at the property.



The terrace is oriented towards the south, 20 m² in size and offers direct access to the garden. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a clothes horse and is reserved for private use. Bed linen and towels are included.



The environment offers diverse leisure activities: water sports, boat trips, sailing, windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, bicycle rental, mini golf, kayaking, sports fields, table tennis, billiards, bocce, sights and wine tastings. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and banks are conveniently accessible.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet, tourist tax, registration and deregistration fees, and an additional bed for toddlers. Additional costs are only incurred for pets.
