The 'Nice and Spacius Villa near Fuengi' is located in Mijas, in eastern Spain. This luxurious villa has plenty of space and a gorgeous outdoor area, making it ideal for a family vacation.

The villa consists of 180 square meters, partitioned into a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.

This family-friendly villa also has Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a television, a cot, and a highchair.



The outdoor area is private and leaves nothing to be desired. It includes a pool, a tennis court, a whirlpool, a garden, and a partially open terrace with a grill. Additionally, there is a balcony and plenty of inviting garden furniture on the property.

An array of restaurants, cafés, bars, and a supermarket can all be reached on foot within 5 minutes (390 m). The Playa de la Butibamba beach is 12 minutes driving distance away (6.5 km).

The Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport is 25 minutes away by car (29 km).

THE PROPERTY IS FAMILY ORIENTED; GROUPS OF FRIENDS UNDER 40 YEARS OLD ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Pets are not allowed. The property has a garage available for parking. Parking is available on the street.
