The property has a living room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and one with a bunk bed with a lower sleeping area of 140 x 200 cm, a well-equipped kitchen with a filter and capsule coffee machine, a bathroom and two storage rooms or parking spaces.
The flat has 4–5 permanent sleeping places.
A fold-out sofa in the living room offers you another option for overnight stays.
There is also a bathroom with a modern shower in the house.
Your four-legged family members are also welcome to travel with you on request.
It is also possible to book the other half of the house in combination for more travellers.
The house's unique roof terrace offers you a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea all the way to Denmark.
The natural beach is only a few steps away.
There are many activities to enjoy in the surrounding area, such as golf, windsurfing and cycling.
Outside of the school holidays in Schleswig-Holstein, renovation work is currently being carried out on the sewer system in the surrounding streets. We cannot rule out the possibility that this may cause noise pollution. Prices have been reduced accordingly.
