The accommodation

The Finca Binitaret is only about one kilometer outside the beautiful town of Sineu, which is very popular with its complete infrastructure. The finca offers you every comfort on 130 m2 of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and offers enough space for family and friends. The house is equipped with every comfort and leaves nothing to be desired. On the ground floor there is the bright living area with German satellite TV, the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and exit to the covered barbecue terrace. Two bedrooms and a bathroom adjoin.On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a bathroom en suite. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows, central heating is installed throughout the house. The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. There is a small sandpit for the youngest guests to play.

The 8 x 4 meter pool is located directly in front of the house, followed by spacious open and covered terraces.There are enough sun loungers and beach towels available.

The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.

The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

Dogs are allowed for €20.00 per night.
