The flat for 2 people is located in Geisenbrunn-Gilching on the outskirts of town. The S-Bahn station is less than a 10-minute walk away, the city centre is about 30 minutes away, and Ammersee lake is only 20 minutes away in the opposite direction. The A96 motorway (Lindau-Munich) is less than 5 minutes away.
Shopping facilities are available in the neighbouring communities of Gilching and Germering.

The 2-room flat with a kitchenette in the living room was newly built at the end of 2019 and is located on the first floor of a detached house with a separate entrance.

The flat is lovingly furnished. The living room has a comfortable leather sofa where you can relax, read books or watch TV.
This room also has a fully equipped kitchenette.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The two oversized duvets provide cosy warmth.
If you need to work on your computer, there is a table in the living room where you can do so.
The real oak parquet flooring in the living room and bedroom gives the rooms a special character.

The flat faces east, so the rooms are wonderfully bright from early in the morning.

There are many excursion possibilities in the 5-Lakes Region! We are happy to provide tips. The nearby forest and lakes also invite you to take a walk and linger.

The flat is suitable for short stays as well as longer stays, e.g. for business trips.
