Enjoy peace and relaxation surrounded by nature at "Finca Las Nuevas Casa Maria". This cozy apartment welcomes you in the Andalusian municipality of Álora in southern Spain. It is 40m² in size and consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a high chair.

A furnished and partially covered terrace overlooking the garden and the surrounding mountain landscape is also part of the apartment. Here you can relax with a good book, eat together or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. In the shared outdoor area of the complex, which includes 5 houses of one owner, you will also have access to a large pool, a Jacuzzi and another large terrace with seating and outdoor barbecue.

The center of Álora, where you can find numerous restaurants, bars, cafes and stores, can be reached by car in about half an hour (10km). The nearest supermarket is a 23-minute drive (8.8km) from the accommodation. To the nearest beach (Guadalmar Beach) it is about 48 minutes drive (36km).

Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. The hot tub can be used from October to March for a fee. A washer and dryer are also available for a fee.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. This apartment could also be rented with Casa Maria Arriba to fit up to 6 persons.
