Enjoy peace and relaxation surrounded by nature at "Finca Las Nuevas Casa Carmen". The vacation home welcomes you in the Andalusian municipality of Álora in southern Spain. It is 98m² in size and consists of two living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace and a high chair.

From the second living room you can access the large covered and furnished terrace overlooking the garden and the surrounding mountain landscape. Here you can relax with a good book, eat together or enjoy the sunset on one of the deck chairs. In the shared outdoor area of the complex, which includes 5 houses of one owner, you will also have access to a large pool, a Jacuzzi and another large terrace with seating and outdoor barbecue.

The center of Álora, where you can find numerous restaurants, bars, cafes and stores, can be reached by car in about half an hour (10km). The nearest supermarket is a 23-minute drive (8.8km) from the accommodation. To the nearest beach (Guadalmar Beach) it is about 48 minutes drive (36km).

The hot tub can be used from October to March for a fee.

A washing machine and dryer are also available for a fee.

Parties and pets are not allowed.
