Surrounded by the lush nature of Elba, Villa Sterlizia houses the apartment "Villa Sterlizia-Verde", located not far from the village of Lacona. The modern studio, recently renovated, features a living area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite TV, and a washing machine. The accommodation is also suitable for children and offers a cot and a high chair.



Outside, a private terrace of about 25 m² allows you to sunbathe or enjoy an aperitif with friends while admiring the sea. Children can have fun in the private garden, which is equipped with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is also a small playground in the shared garden.



The villa enjoys an optimal location: a supermarket and a restaurant are within a 5-minute walk (350 m and 450 m respectively), while a wider selection of restaurants, bars, and cafés can be found about 10 minutes away on foot. The large sandy beach of Lacona is only 400 m away and easily reachable on foot.



Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed on request. Bed linen and towels can be provided on site for an extra fee. A discount on the ferry ticket is offered after booking.
