The 50 m² property consists of a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size bed as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and a TV with satellite.

The outdoor area with a private garden, a covered yet sunny terrace and a barbecue invites you to share meals and spend relaxing hours in the fresh air.

A restaurant / cafe is 300 m and a supermarket 216 m from the accommodation. The beach is 500 me (a 6-minute walk) away and the Wallhausen marina is 280 m away. A children's playground is a maximum of 5 minutes' walk from the property. The Lake Constance cycle path is directly in front of the apartment.
