This traditional holiday home is just a 1-minute walk from the beach. The house has everything you need for a beach escape with a fully-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and coffee machine), 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 7 guests and a garden area. The house also has a washing machine and a TV with satellite.

The outside consists of a cosy private garden with garden furniture, BBQ, play area as well as terraces (covered and uncovered).

The location of Casa Anna could not be more perfect. You can reach the beach of Kal’e Moru on foot in just 1 minute (25 m). The nearest bar is an 8-minute walk (500 m) from the property, the closest restaurant is a 13-minute walk (900 m). The supermarket is just an 8-minute walk (500 m) and Cagliari Elmas Airport is a 37-minute car drive away (38.4 km).

Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee. There is parking available both on-site and on the street. The property has step-free access as well as in the interior.

The holiday home is inside a village where you can find a tennis court, football field, a small market, a bar and beach facilities. A baby chair and cot are also available at the property.
