The house has 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed, 1 with a double box spring bed), 2 bathrooms, a large living/dining area with direct access to the terrace and garden and 2 free parking spaces and 1 lockable garden shed with charging facilities for e-bikes.
(Ground floor: apartment with box spring bed, flat screen, shower room/WC; spacious living/dining area with large Sony flat screen, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, terrace/grill;
Upper floor: gallery, sleeping area with two separate bedrooms (double beds), bath/shower/WC, washing machine, dryer.)
There has been a small sauna since 2013 (for a fee of €60/stay).
Two free parking spaces are available directly at the house.
You can park and charge bicycles in the spacious garden shed.
You can end a sunny day far away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday metropolis of Binz in the evening sun with a barbecue on your terrace.
