Holiday Home Casa Caldereta is located in Guatiza, close to the beautiful coastline of northeastern Lanzarote. The 55m² holiday home consists of a living room with a wood-burning stove and a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), fans, washing machine and satellite TV as well as a baby bed and a highchair.

The charming private outdoor area merges with the hilly landscape and boasts several open and a covered seating areas as well as lovely views over the mountains. The communal area offers a garden and a heated pool, a grill, foosball and table tennis as well as a tree house and trampoline for children.

Restaurants and a bar are within 600-900m from the property (7-10 minutes on foot), as well as a supermarket. The wonderful cactus gardens are just a 10-minute walk (850m) away, and you can reach the Cueva del Agua grotto by car in 10 minutes (2.7km). Playa del Seifio beach is 5km away. The international airport outside of Arrecife is a 20-minute drive (22 km) from the home.







Street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. Wood for the stove can be purchased from the owner. Bikes can be provided for a fee of €8 per bike/day. The house is solar-energy-powered.
