The rustically furnished holiday apartment Pla in the Runcac Residence is located in San Vigilio in South Tyrol, right in the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It consists of a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and accommodates 4 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a ski storage room, a bicycle storage room, and an e-bike charging station.



The apartment features a balcony where you can relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy the magnificent view. There is a garden with seating and sun loungers as well as a playground for children. You may also use the sauna at the nearby campsite up to 3 times per week for an additional fee.



Thanks to the ideal location of the apartment, all important facilities are just a short walk away. The nearest restaurant is only 2 minutes on foot (210 m) and the nearest supermarket is 8 minutes on foot (700 m). Numerous well-marked hiking trails and a cross-country ski trail lead directly from the residence into the hiking paradise of Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park (bus stop 100 m away). In winter, the Dolomiti Superski and Kronplatz ski areas offer a variety of options for winter sports enthusiasts.



Parking is available on the property (private, covered space on request). Bringing pets is not allowed. A communal washing machine can be used for a fee. A baby cot is available for an additional fee. A free ski bus to Kronplatz (5 min.) is available. There is no air conditioning. The PREMIUM Holiday Pass with free public transport in South Tyrol is included.
