The holiday apartment is situated in a quiet villa district in Berlin-Grunewald. The 64 m² accommodation consists of a cozy living and sleeping area, a very well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, a separate bedroom, as well as a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, and a high chair for children.



The nearest restaurant is 200 m away, and you can reach a supermarket in 1.2 km. The Berlin-Grunewald S-Bahn station is 2 km away. By public transport, you need about 30 minutes to the main train station. The trade fair grounds are only 2.3 km away.



Free parking is available in front of the house or on the street. Bringing pets is allowed upon request. A baby cot is available. The interiors are barrier-free. Soap, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid are included in the initial supply of the holiday apartment.
