This beautiful holiday apartment is located in the central area of Cádiz, ideal for exploring the city and enjoying the coast. It accommodates up to 5 people and offers a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, sofa bed, and a complete bathroom. You have Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, access to streaming platforms, and a welcome kit included.



Enjoy a spacious private patio of 60 m² with furniture to relax or dine outdoors. The apartment is just one minute on foot from restaurants and two minutes from supermarkets. Victoria Beach (450 m) and Santa María del Mar Beach (600 m) are very close by.



Private underground parking is available upon request (for an extra fee), and there is the possibility of free street parking (not guaranteed). Pets are welcome, depending on species and size.



The apartment is equipped with an alarm system with sensors that remain inactive unless you choose to activate them; a remote control is provided for your use. Four beach chairs, a sun umbrella, and two complimentary bicycles are available upon request.
