The cozy apartment "Sonnenuntergang" is the "Sonnegg" Residence is located in the idyllic municipality of Lajen (Laion), near the entrance of Val Gardena, in South Tyrol's scenic "Eisacktal" valley (Valle Isarco). The 35m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. A washing machine is available on request and for an extra fee.

The private open terrace invites you to take your morning with a view of the mountains, while the shared outdoor area includes a garden and a barbecue.

Bus stops are within 150m. An 8-minute drive (5km) away, in the centre of Lajen, you will find a supermarket, a bakery, cafés and restaurants. Cable cars are skiing areas are within 20-30 minutes by car, and you can visit Brixen (Bressanone) after 30 minutes by car (21km). Bolzano (Bozen) is 31km or a 35-minute drive away.
