The house does not have an elevator and it is located on a pedestrian street. The holiday home Apartmento El balcón de la Catedral is ideally located in the centre of La Laguna. The house from the XIX century was renovated and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV in each bedroom.

An extra bed suppletory can be provided for a fee upon request to the host.

Due to its central location, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in just 1-2 minutes and the nearest supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away (150 m). In approximately 10 minutes of driving you will arrive at Santa Cruz de Tenerife where you can spend the day at the beach. Furthermore, Tenerife North airport is just an 8-minute drive (4.3 km) from the property.

Parking is available at a public car park just 5 minutes away.

This property is equipped with a surveillance camera located at the main entrance. This camera only records the entrance to the property and does not capture images of private areas or the interior of the property. All footage is managed in accordance with current data protection regulations and is used exclusively for access control and security purposes.

The attic of the house includes a room for 2 guests, which can be requested as an additional room, with a supplement and upon request to the host.

The 2 properties El balcón de la Catedral and La Buhardilla de La Vicaría are located in the same house and share a common hall area with stairs and an armchair. From this hall there is access to each property, meaning that if both properties are booked at the same time, it is possible that guests will cross paths. Also, the access from one bedroom to another and to the kitchen is done through the common area.
