The villa features a fully equipped private kitchen with dishwasher, air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, Smart TV, cinema room with projector, private elevator, washing machine, and dryer. Family amenities include a baby bed and highchair.

The sandy beaches of Abama and San Juan are accessible in 7 to 8 minutes by car. Tenerife South Airport is 27 minutes away by car. Bed linen and towels are included. A security deposit will be required, payable by bank transfer or credit card, and refunded using the same payment method.
