The vacation home "Haus der Sinne Bregenzerwald" is located in Egg-Kaltenbrunnen in the beautiful Bregenzerwald not far from Lake Constance and several ski areas. A unique view of the Bregenzerwald mountains awaits you. The sunny location, which is fog-free even in autumn, is ideal for hiking. The light-flooded, 90 m² house has an open floor plan and is located at 1,100 meters above sea level - accessible via private paths - in a quiet cul-de-sac. The three-story accommodation features a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 2 people. The equipment also includes limited Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a washing machine. The tap water is drinkable, because it comes from a fresh spring.

The cottage has two balconies with garden furniture, one facing east, perfect to start the day with breakfast, the other facing west. Here you can end the day with a glass of wine or beer while enjoying the sunset in the Austrian Alps. From the house you have a panoramic view of the mountains Mittagsspitze, Kanisfluh, Hohe Ifen, Gottesacker, Balderschwang, Sulzberg. The beautiful private outdoor space also includes a garden and a covered terrace.

Several restaurants, cafes and bars can be reached in Egg, 5 km away (10 minutes by car). There you will also find a bakery and a supermarket. For breakfast, you can stop at Gasthaus Alpenrose. It is located just a 6-minute walk from the accommodation (450 m). The mountainous area is perfect for all kinds of outdoor sports. The summit cross can be quickly hiked from the house. At seven particularly beautiful viewpoints in and around Egg are wooden seating furniture specially designed by a craftsman from the Bregenzerwald. The Schetteregg ski and hiking area can be reached in 23 minutes by car (13 km), while the Niedere-Andelsbuch-Bezau ski area is just 15 minutes away by car (8 km). From Egg you can also go on cycling and mountain biking tours. If you want to visit the gorgeous Lake Constance region, you can reach Bregenz, located directly on the lake, in 34 minutes by car (28 km). Bregenz not only has beautiful beaches, but also invites you to discover its diverse cultural offerings and charming center.

Pets are not allowed.

The guest has to bring his own bed linen, towels are provided.

A second bedroom with a double bed is available upon request. Covers for the bed linen (sheet: 1x 2,00x2,00m or 2x 1,00mx2,00m) must be brought by the guest, towels are provided. The car can be parked in the 3 meter high carport.
