The modern holiday apartment is located in Povlja on the island of Brač, directly by the sea in a quiet location. The property offers a swimming pool, a sun terrace, a fireplace, a large garden table and plenty of greenery. The town beach is just a few steps away, and you can reach the town centre in 10 minutes on foot.



The 38 m² apartment for 2 people has two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, an open kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, cookware and cutlery, and a living room with SAT-TV, air conditioning, sofa bed, coffee table and dining table. A 20 m² terrace with sea view, table, chairs, sun loungers and parasol is available for communal use.



The equipment includes a private washing machine, bed linen, towels and a baby cot upon request. Pets are not allowed. A parking space is available on site.



The outdoor area includes a sun terrace, parasols, sun loungers, outdoor shower, summer kitchen and a traditional barbecue hut. A boat mooring can be used upon request.



The location offers ideal conditions for water sports, swimming, boat trips, diving, fishing, mountain biking and jogging. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and other facilities are within walking distance.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, internet (Wi-Fi), kitchen towels, tourist tax, as well as the registration and deregistration fee.
